Sean is a life-long resident of the land of 10,000 lakes, and has been an avid fisherman for as long as he can remember. Starting out as a teenage Walleye, and Muskie guide at the family resort "Little Itasca". Little Itasca is located in northern Itasca county, Minnesota. Sean has been a member of the USA National Ice Fishing Team since 2012. Sean competes internationally, as well as nationally on the North American Ice FIshing Circuit. with a 3rd place finish at the 2014 NAIFC National Championships that was held on Mille Lacs lake, MN sean has been a member of the DH Pro Staff since 2013.

Dustin, Born and raised on Fish Lake, Maple Grove, MN Dustin is President and founder of DH Custom Rods & Tackle LLC. It began early for Dusty when his mother would buy him a new inflatable raft every summer. Every summer he would keep that raft afloat with his honed patching skills, all to keep him on the water. Hooks and inflatible raft's soon became seamless in his pursuit for "the big one". Walleye hunter by heart, Dustin is a true multi species angler with an eye for design. DH has personally designed a wide variety of products in the fishing industry, and has some revolutionary new products, about to hit the market.

Nate Winters
Nate, home grown country boy from America's Dairy Land Ogdensburg Wisconsin. His addiction to the outdoors started early in life. Nate would ride his bike, fishing poles tied on with baler twine, to many of the local ponds and lakes though out the summer, some as far as 6 miles from home. Nate was hooked on the outdoors and soon became and avid fisherman as well as hunter. His passion for the outdoors led him to career as a outdoor photographer and videographer working for several TV shows on the Outdoor and Sportsman channels. Nate competes on The Team Extreme Ice Fishing Tournament Circuit. With a 2nd place finish at the 2015 Team Extreme National Championship that was held in Rhinelander, WI. Nate is new to the DH Pro Staff but eager to share what he believes is the best custom rods on the market and the DH Difference !!

Grant Ginther
Grant, born and raised on Lake Minnewashta, Excelsior, MN. He has been fishing since he could walk and talk and as he gets older keeps loving the sport even more. Grant would fish all day long in the summers when he was younger casting for bass off his dock. Grant eventually was old enough to pull start his row boat and learned the lake like the back of his hand. His passion for fishing started due to open water fishing and had never gone ice fishing. After Grant went ice fishing for the first time, he was hooked. Grant is now a hard water addict and goes whenever he gets the chance. Grant is starting to do more and more fishing competitions and also enjoys taking people fishing and seeing the excitement they get when they hook into a fish. Grant is new to the DH Pro Staff but is extremely excited to spread the word about DH Custom rods and why they are the best rods that a fisherman can buy!
